Must I pay import taxes or any additional fees with my purchase?
No, you don't have to pay any taxes or associated fees related to your purchase. The taxes and associated fees are already included. Once you place your order, you can either have the package delivered to your address or pick it up from your local post office, depending on your convenience.
What is the cost of shipping?
We apply a standard domestic shipping fee of $6.99 to all domestic orders and $9.99 for international orders (bulk orders will have an adjusted rate). Free shipping may be available during select periods or for orders over a certain value.
How do I track my package?

What is the typical delivery time for an order?
For orders within the USA,CA and UK standard delivery is expected within 5 to 14 business days from the point of departure from our warehouse, subject to acceptance by courier facilities. Please be aware that it may take up to 2 business days to dispatch your order, and we do not dispatch on weekends. Fast delivery options are available based on your country and specific location when placing your order.
I placed an order for 2+ items, but I have only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
If you order multiple items simultaneously, they might be shipped separately, and you could receive one item before the next. Please don't be alarmed if you don't receive all your items at once; they are en route.
